Workforce Pathway Self-Assessments
Find out which competencies you need to improve by taking the self-paced WKC Self-Assessments. Register here for the WKC Self- Assessments. Align your Self-Assessment results with the Professional Standards and Competencies for Early Childhood Educators (PSCECE) using this guidance document.
Individual Professional Development Plan (IPDP)
The Individual Professional Development Plan (IPDP) form helps early learning educators create IPDPs for their professional growth and improvement. IPDPs include specific, concrete professional development goals based on an educator’s own self-reflection of her current knowledge and competencies in the six standards of the Professional Standards and Competencies for Early Childhood Educators (PSCECE) for early learning educators and the McCormick Center Whole Leadership Framework for administrators, directors, and education coordinators.
There is one form for all positions. Once you open the form, be sure to follow the instructions on page 1. You can complete the form electronically and save the IPDP to your computer. Or, if you prefer, you can print the form and complete it by hand. All PDFs require the free Adobe Reader.
