Dear Valued CCAP Provider,
Happy New Year from the Office of Child Care! We have two important provider payment reminders as we move into 2023. First, the 2023 CCAP batch payment calendar is attached for your reference. It will also be available on the DHS website under Payment Schedule
Second, for Batch 17 attendance (attendance submission deadline 1/13/2023), you will need to submit twice because the batch includes one week in 2022 and one week in 2023.
- You will need to choose 2022 from the drop down to submit attendance for the week of 12/25/22
- You will need to choose 2023 from the drop down to submit attendance for the week of 1/1/23

Estimado proveedor de CCAP,
¡Feliz Año Nuevo de parte de la Oficina de Cuidado Infantil! Tenemos dos recordatorios importantes de pagos a proveedores a medida que avanzamos hacia el 2023. Primero, se adjunta el calendario de pagos por lotes de CCAP de 2023 para su referencia. También estará disponible en el sitio web del DHS en Payment Schedule (Programa de pagos)
En segundo lugar, con relación a la asistencia del Lote 17 (fecha límite de presentación de asistencia 13/1/2023), deberá enviarla dos veces porque el lote incluye una semana en 2022 y una semana en 2023.
- Deberá elegir 2022 del menú desplegable para enviar la asistencia para la semana del 25/12/22
- Deberá elegir 2023 del menú desplegable para enviar la asistencia para la semana del 1/1/23
