Join the Early Education Empowerment Conference on May 7–9, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick, Rhode Island, for a dynamic professional development experience. Day One (Thursday, May 7) is designed for program owners and directors, focusing on the business side of early childhood education, including strategic planning, marketing, bookkeeping and tax management, staffing, and leadership skills to help programs thrive. Day Two (Friday, May 8) is focused on daily operations for owners, directors, assistant directors, and lead teachers, offering actionable tools for managing classrooms, supporting staff, and strengthening program systems. Both Day One and Day Two are approved by CELP for 8 hours of professional development. Day Three (Saturday, May 9) is a full-day celebration of teachers and the early childhood community, featuring over 50 vendors, speed networking, live podcast recordings, opportunities to meet authors, and 30 speakers from across the country, including leaders from national conferences, all hosted here in the beautiful state of Rhode Island. Day Three is also approved for PD hours.
