Conscious Discipline: Building Resilient Schools and Homes

This 6-session series for staff in State funded Pre-K programs will equip educators with a foundational understanding of the Conscious Discipline Brain State Model, and how to create safe, connected, and problem-solving environments that allow adults and children to function in the optimal brain state. Participants in this series will watch two e-modules on their own between each discussion session (approximately 1 hour each), submit reflection worksheets prior to each discussion session, and then join the group weekly to process, reflect, and plan. Participants can earn up to 20 PD hours by completing all requirements of the series: attending all sessions, watching all modules, and completing all reflection worksheets.
