The goal of this CoP is to create a supportive environment for teachers and teacher assistants to share ideas, problem-solve, and deepen their understanding of how to implement the BPS curriculum to fidelity. We will facilitate content based on the needs and interests of the group but are also hoping that each participant will bring their own questions, concerns, and contributions to the table. The cohort will meet once per month for approximately one hour. Because our work will depend on building relationships, we are requiring that participants commit to the cohort for the duration of the school year. This will enable us to build upon the conversation and revisit key topics over time.
