This course is designed for RI Pre-K staff who have already completed the 10-session Building Resilient Schools and Homes (introductory modules) series and will focus on applying key Conscious Discipline concepts to real-life classroom challenges. Participants will explore Conscious Discipline topics, theories, and materials using podcasts and other relevant resources, and will collaborate with their colleagues to share strengths, address challenges, and problem-solve. Participants can earn up to 10 PD hours by attending monthly discussion sessions and completing intersession assignments.
