This course reviews the required concept of teaching children to use the bathroom in a developmentally appropriate way in both center-based programs and family child care homes. This training will provide an overview of the Rhode Island Child Care and Family Child Care licensing regulations for toileting policies and procedures.  It will cover strategies for supporting children and families in this process and resources for implementing practices with all children.

Participants can earn up to 2 PD hours and .2 CEUs by completing the course.
