This series is designed to support education coordinators in their role as pedagogical leader. The focus
will be on exploring effective pedagogical leadership qualities and practices. Three themes of effective
practice will be discussed: creating climates of mutual respect and collegiality, supporting cultures of
continuous quality improvement, and providing opportunity for teacher leadership. Through this lens,
participants will reflect on their own strengths as a leader and identify areas of growth using a variety
of modalities, including creative expression and reflective conversations. Participants can earn up to 14 PD
hours by attending four in-person sessions and completing three online assignments.
