In this session, facilitated by Dr. Delis Cuellar (WIDA), participants will examine their role in supporting multilingual learners in RI Pre-K classrooms. In addition to reflecting on classroom practices and supports, they will explore current research related to assets-based, language-focused family engagement strategies and discuss how these strategies can be effectively implemented. Participants will receive 2 PD hours by attending this session.
