The Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) is a free, 20-week virtual program that equips parents, caregivers, and community members with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become effective leaders and advocates for children, families, and communities. Since launching in 2024, the PLTI has welcomed passionate participants from across Rhode Island who are ready to turn lived experience into leadership.
