Participants will complete in various activities which will support their ability to resolve conflicts amongst each other. The true resolution for conflict is to do the internal work around where conflict appears. This PD will provide space for reflection, practice, and activities to engage in the the overview of conversations we will be leaning into here at Smith Hill in the future.
