- Description
The role of the site coordinator for a school-age program is complex and challenging. As a site coordinator and supervisor, you have a variety of responsibilities, including manager, coach, and mentor. In this session you learn more about the many duties of each of these roles and ultimately how to best support staff to fill their “toolbox” so that they can perform at the highest level.
Participants who complete this training will be able to:
- identify the four roles and responsibilities of the site coordinator
- name at least one strategy to get staff all on the “same page”
- identify tools and techniques to develop a positive culture of teamwork
This Part 2 will explore these topics in more depth.
