The Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) has designed two online professional development series to support early childhood educators’ knowledge and skills in child assessment.

The modules in each series are designed for individual viewing at your own pace. We recommend that you view all modules in Series 1 before moving on to Series 2.

You can receive PD hours by completing a survey and a self-assessment activity at the end of each series using the Workforce Knowledge and Competency Framework relevant to your position.
