Dear CCAP Providers,
With summer fast approaching we wanted to remind those of you who have School Age summer programming that the Summer Flip will be in place allowing you to enroll school age children during regular school hours for the summer. You will be able to start entering your enrollments as of May 1st. As always, please continue to review all your CCAP enrollments regularly to make sure they are accurate. Please keep in mind:
- The hours that a child is enrolled with your program should reflect the hours they are served by you
- Disenroll children who are no longer attending your program or if the Office of Child Care or the parent/guardian makes a disenrollment request
- Enroll new children in the CCAP Provider Portal before or during the first week of care and report any issues with enrolling children to the Office of Child Care within the first week of care. Enrollment beyond the first week of care may negatively impact your payment.
If you have questions regarding your CCAP enrollments please email the Office of Child Care at DHS.ChildCare@dhs.ri.gov. This is the fastest and most efficient way for us to log, track, review and respond to your question.

Estimados proveedores de CCAP,
Con el verano acercándose rápidamente, queríamos recordarles a aquellos de ustedes que tienen programación de verano para niños en edad escolar, que el Summer Flip estará disponible y les permitirá inscribir a niños en edad escolar durante el horario de estudios regular para el verano. Podrá comenzar a ingresar sus inscripciones a partir del 1 de mayo. Como siempre, continúe revisando todas sus inscripciones en CCAP regularmente para asegurarse de que sean precisas. Por favor tenga en cuenta:
- Las horas en que un niño está inscrito en su programa deben reflejar las horas en que usted lo atiende.
- Cancelar la inscripción de los niños que ya no asisten a su programa o si la Oficina de Cuidado Infantil o el padre/tutor solicita la cancelación de la inscripción
- Inscribir a niños nuevos en el Portal de proveedores de CCAP antes o durante la primera semana de cuidado e informar cualquier problema con la inscripción de niños a la Oficina de cuidado infantil dentro de la primera semana de cuidado. La inscripción más allá de la primera semana de atención puede afectar negativamente su pago.
