This two-part professional development series supports early childhood educators in strengthening assessment practices and effectively connecting assessment to curriculum. Participants will learn practical strategies for collecting high-quality documentation using multiple methods aligned with best practices.

Across both sessions, educators will develop skills in interpreting data to track progress, identify patterns, and inform instruction. The series emphasizes using assessment to plan responsive, developmentally appropriate experiences for individuals and groups. Participants will leave with practical tools and strategies to embed assessment into daily routines and guide intentional teaching.

Participants can earn up to 7 PD hours by attending two face-to-face sessions and completing two assignments.
