This series is designed to support education coordinators in their role as pedagogical leaders. The focus will be on exploring effective pedagogical leadership competencies from the Whole Leadership Framework. Three themes of effective practice will be discussed, including creating climates of mutual respect and collegiality, supporting cultures of continuous quality improvement, and providing opportunities for teacher leadership. Through this lens, participants will reflect on their own strengths as a leader and identify areas of growth using a variety of modalities, including creative expression and reflective conversations.
Participants can receive up to 10 PD hours by attending three facilitated online sessions and completing three assignments.
