Reflective Practice: Introduction to Implicit Bias in the EC Classroom – Online Session

In this introductory session, we will examine exactly what is Implicit Bias and look at why it matters in our early childhood classrooms. Participants will be introduced to the concept of implicit bias and begin to reflect on how it is manifested in our early childhood classrooms and programs.

Participants can earn up to 2.5 PD hours by attending one facilitated online session and completing one assignment.
