CCAP Orientation for Center-based Programs

The CCAP Provider Orientation is required for all new CCAP providers as well as new staff requiring Provider Portal access for existing providers.  The goal of the CCAP Provider Orientation is to welcome new providers as they integrate into the DHS community, and to provide foundational support in providing high quality child care while adhering to the Child Care Assistance Program’s policies. The CCAP Provider Orientation will include an introduction to the Office of Child Care, CCAP Provider Responsibilities, Provider Portal, and Providers Resources followed by a brief survey.

To complete the requirement of viewing this webinar you will need to complete three tasks. In Task 1 you will watch the recorded Center-based CCAP Orientation Webinar. In Task 2 you will review the DHS handouts and resources. In Task 3 you will complete an online survey.
