3-D PD: Data, Design, and Delivery – Online Series

Up to 10 PD Hours English Program Directors, Education Coordinators, and Education Supervisors

This series will support administrators in developing and/or strengthening their program’s comprehensive system for Program-level Professional Development. Sessions will model the use of program self-assessment data to develop practical plans for effective supervision and implementation. Each session will allow participants an opportunity to reflect on current practices and identify next steps.

Participants who complete the series will:

  • understand the key characteristics of quality professional development
  • enhance their ability to utilize program self-assessment data to develop program-level goals and practices
  • identify and access high-quality resources to support individual and program-level professional development
  • begin to develop/improve their program’s annual professional development plan

Administrators can earn up to 10 PD hours by attending three facilitated online sessions and completing three assignments.
