Technical assistance (TA) is a customized process that helps early learning programs and providers to improve quality and outcomes for children.
At the Center for Early Learning Professionals, our TA specialists work with early childhood program leaders and family child care providers, both individually and in small groups. Our TA builds on programs’ strengths and responds to their unique needs.
Our TA will help you:
- Improve your Quality Improvement Plan to include action steps and resources that will boost the quality of education and care your program provides
- Design systems of support for your staff to build their skills and knowledge related to the state’s Workforce Knowledge and Competency Frameworks
- Create internal self-assessment and professional development systems that produce valuable information for making important decisions to strengthen your program
- Engage in long- and short-term planning to support your program’s continuous quality improvement efforts
TA services are offered in English and Spanish.
